Majestic Ranch Academy Appreciation Letters      Dear Majestic Ranch      I would like to write you a letter letting you know how grateful that Iam for all of you.  I want you all to know that my son and I willnever forget you.  Thank you for caring enough about us to help usthrough our journey. To all the dedicated Staff at Majestic Ranch,       Thank you, thank you, thank you ..........     When I first met you, our family was really not afamily.  Life was chaotic.  We struggled just to get througheach day.  Negative energy surged in abundance.  Despair hadsmothered hope.     You have been a beacon in the night.     My son, Joel, 13, came to you Sept 04.  Many ofhis wonderful qualities had been replaced with an anger than he couldno longer contain or control.  We were losing him.  An uglychoice stared me in the face--life or death.     We chose LIFE for Joel when we chose MajesticRanch.  And as a bonus, I also chose life for myself.  I hadno idea I would experience such a transformation for myself by "doingwhatever it takes."     It takes major commitment on your part to keep ourfamily.  Day in and day out you keep boundaries clear, create anddemand excellence, guide, teach, etc., etc.     I acknowledge you for this. To the staff and family of Majestic Ranch,      Eightmonths ago I arrived at your doorstep frightened, sad, anddesperate.  You welcomed me with a firm handshake, a welcomingsmile and a strong presence that gave me the strength to give you myson.  I was prepared to turn right back around and take him homeif I had seen one look of fear on another child's face.  If I hadseen one thing on the ranch that looked out of place or unclean thatshould have been clean.  But I saw eagerness and respect in everypair of young eyes I met.  I saw a facility that was cleaner thanmy own home, and I knew in my heart that Chris would be in good, stronghands.     Our first family rep was very nice, and she left meeach week with valuable information about Christopher's choices. But I really feel that God was watching over Chris when Vinnie tookover as our family rep.  Vinne has become a member of my heartfamily simply because the genuine compassion, respect, and love hefeels for my son comes through every phone call.  Christopher hasblossomed under the warmth of Vinnie's unwavering acceptance andcare.  I have had the pleasure of listening a little to theirinteractions over the phone and the open acceptance, affection, andease the two have with each other is a blessing in my life I can neverrepay.     Wayne, your willingness to sit with me all day ifnecessary until I was out of questions and out of reasons to keepholding on was also a gift I'll never be able to repay.  Yourbooming voice is offset only by the warmth I saw in your eyes--thecompassion there--but most of all the steel I saw there too.  AndI knew you would treat my son with all those aspects of yourself--andhe would bloom.     Tammy, I only know you through what Vinnie has toldme of you and your observations of Chris.  But from that, I canonly say thank you for bringing your gifts of discernment andcompassion to the Ranch.  When a family rep says how wonderful youare to work for, and how much truth and ability you show everyday, Iknow Chris is in safe hands.     To all the rest of the staff, thank you too, for allyou give of yourself.  I know it cannot be easy.  They say ittakes a village to raise a child.  Thank you, Majestic Ranch, forbeing the village that is saving my son. To the Staff at Majestic Ranch,     Two months ago we were given a second chance withour 12-year-old daughter Erynne.  We realized that our four eyeswere not enough to keep our daughter safe and out of the arms of thelaw.  We feel very lucky to have found out about you and to beable to have Erynne attend your school.  It is very apparent thatyou not only keep our daughter safe but you are skilled at identifyingher non-working behaviors.  Within two weeks of Erynne going toMajestic Ranch, our family rep had identified several of Erynne'sproblem behaviors without even being told.  Thank you for keepingher safe and giving us the opportunity to share our life together.
